Yuvi posted a picture of bald-headed self on the micro-blogging site and wrote, “Finally the hair has gone ! But live strong yuvstrong.”
Yuvraj is currently undergoing treatment for lung cancer in the United States. Recently, he thanked all his well-wishers for the prayers and expressed his hope that he would return to playing cricket soon.
His slogan “Yuvstrong” is derived from the cycling legend Lance Armstrong’s cancer project, ‘Livestrong’. Armstrong battled cancer and returned to the track to notch many more accolades.
Yuvraj has been drawing motivation to fight the disease from Armstrong’s book, “It’s Not About the Bike: My Journey Back to Life.”
